Introduction

For some reasons you may need to cancel your order, we hope you can understand our return policy before purchasing to reduce the possibility of returns.

Returns of New and Unused Items Within 30 Days of Receipt. We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the recipient.

For pre-owned items, we will deduct the return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee from the final refund.

This return policy only supports products sold on the RICTOR website. For products sold on other platforms, please contact the after-sales customer service team of the corresponding platform to resolve after-sales issues.

 

Return request:

If upon inspection, your scooter has been ridden, you will be responsible for return processing shipping costs and the item is not eligible for return and you will be required to pay additional usage fees. If damage occurs upon arrival at the warehouse, you will be responsible for all repair and return processing fees.

When will I receive my refund: 

Once the product is returned, after our inspection, the balance will be refunded via the original payment method, minus the applicable fees.

 After the refund is processed, the funds will arrive in your payment account within 3-7 working days.

Introduction

Addresses to which we ship: We ship across CONUS and currently cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

 

Shipping time: It takes 3-7 days for the order to arrive at your door. In the rare cases there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support@rictor.com.

Signatures Service: Due to the high value of escooters, we offer signature Service shipping method at your service. You need to note that you need signature service, and we will add this service.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service. In case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, feel free to choose "Signature required" shipping method.

 

Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item damage. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Our Customer Service support team will assist with item issues.

12 Month Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Region

Only applicable to United States e-scooter purchases from rictor.com. Bikes purchased outside the Rictor official website, shall contact their original dealer for after-sale service. All Rictor scooter owners are entitled to contact the Rictor CS Team for troubleshooting service throughout the lifetime of scooters.

For clarity, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental (the lower 48 states) United States.

Warranty Scope

The scooter frame includes any structural damage to the frame that are considered defects in material or workmanship. The frame warranty will exclude any cosmetic damage like scratches or dents.

Warranty period :
Key components (motor, controller, charger, battery), 12 months;
Body 12 months;
Brake lever, accelerator, front/rear lights, display panel for 6 months;
Consumable parts (handlebars, foot pads, bells), 3 months.
(If it is a factory quality problem during the warranty period, we will bear all transportation and repair costs. If it is man-made damage, the customer will bear all costs).

Warranty Start

Rictor warrants the Products for a limited time from the date of delivered of the orginal purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Rictor’s published guidelines.
