Addresses to which we ship: We ship across CONUS and currently cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

 

Shipping time: It takes 3-7 days for the order to arrive at your door. In the rare cases there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support@rictor.com.

 

Shipping cost: All our electric bikes comes with free shipping across CONUS.

 

Signatures Service: Due to the high value of electric bikes, we offer signature Service shipping method at your service. You need to note that you need signature service, and we will add this service. 

Shipping Carriers: Rictor ships using FedEx

 

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service. In case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, feel free to choose "Signature required" shipping method.

 

Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item damage. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Our Customer Service support team will assist with item issues.
