The Rictor Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Your Dealer: Reach out to or bring your product to the authorized Rictor dealer where you made your purchase.

2.Dealer Manages the Process: Your dealer will assess the issue, communicate with Rictor for warranty approval, and perform any necessary parts replacements.

3.Direct Support if Needed: If your original dealer is unable or unwilling to provide support, please contact Rictor directly at support@rictor.com with your proof of purchase and detailed photos/videos of the issue.
