Warranty Region
Only applicable to United States electric bikes purchases from rictor.com. Bikes purchased outside the Rictor official website, shall contact their original dealer for after-sale service. All Rictor electric bikes owners are entitled to contact the Rictor CS Team for troubleshooting service throughout the lifetime of electric bikes.
For clarity, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental (the lower 48 states) United States.
Warranty Scope
The electric bike frame includes any structural damage to the frame that are considered defects in material or workmanship. The frame warranty will exclude any cosmetic damage like scratches or dents.
Warranty period :
Key components (motor, controller, charger, battery), 12 months;
Body 12 months;
Brake lever, accelerator, front/rear lights, display panel for 6 months;
Consumable parts (handlebars, foot pads, bells), 3 months.
(If it is a factory quality problem during the warranty period, we will bear all transportation and repair costs. If it is man-made damage, the customer will bear all costs).
Warranty Start
Rictor warrants the Products for a limited time from the date of delivered of the orginal purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Rictor’s published guidelines.
